Ideal Living has historically focused on DRTV. They are currently transitioning to a more traditional digital marketing approach. As a result, all brand websites will be redesigned to better utilize fundamental UX and ecommerce-specific design principles to increase sales.

Based on the outcomes of the Strategy phase, a specific research approach and methods are determined. Data is collected and organized information about the user experience to determine current experience and proposed modifications.
Because there is a need to create landing pages for multiple marketing funnels, a User Interface Kit was developed for the AquaTru brand to ensure consistency of messaging.
